Practical life skills

Goal: To cultivate independence, coordination, responsibility, and good habits.

This area mimics everyday life activities, allowing children to practice real-world tasks in a child-friendly manner. They learn to pour water, spoon grains, fold napkins, tie shoelaces, button clothes, dust tables, and more—all through specific, step-by-step activities using miniature tools.

These exercises refine motor control, hand-eye coordination, concentration, sequencing, and orderliness. Children also learn care of self and care of the environment, including hygiene routines, organizing materials, and helping others.

"Grace and Courtesy" lessons teach them to say “please” and “thank you,” wait patiently, and greet peers politely—building a foundation of empathy, discipline, and social grace.
